Venue
The 8th Conference on Natural Channel Systems will be held at McMaster University, Hamilton, Ontario in the Peter George Centre for Living and Learning (PGCLL) building. The PGCLL building is located next to the Ron Joyce Stadium football field, at the north end of the campus.

Accommodations
We have arranged two different accommodation locations, along with a few additional options on the east side of Highway 403.
Location 1: McMaster Residence Rooms
Note: All rooms are reserved for single occupancy regardless of the number of beds in the unit (i.e. two connecting rooms with shared bathroom – single reservation). Delegates will not be required to share with another person, but friends can choose to book together.
Les Prince Hall
- Single Room: 1 twin bed with ensuite washroom.
- Rate: $90/night
- Availability: 30 rooms reserved for check-in Sunday, June 7th, and check-out Wednesday, June 10th.
- Double Room: 2 twin beds with ensuite washroom (to be used as a single).
- Rate: $144/night
- Availability: 20 rooms reserved for check-in Sunday, June 7th, and check-out up to Friday, June 12th.
Peter George Centre for the Living and Learning (PGCLL)
Note: PGCLL is the building where the conference is being hosted.
- Double Suite: 2 double beds (1 per room) with a shared connecting washroom.
- Rate: $170/night
- Note: Each suite is typically booked for one person (with two rooms and a shared bathroom), but it can be booked for two friends.
- Availability: 50 suites reserved for check-in Sunday, June 7th, and check-out up to Friday, June 12th.

The group booking is under “McMasters Natural Channels Conference.” The special group rates are valid from June 6 – 12, 2026, however reservations must be made by May 6, 2026.
Rates:
- Standard Room: $139 a night + taxes
- Room with Kitchenette: $149 a night + taxes
Reservation Details:
- The special rates include free parking and Wi-Fi.
- Note on Room Types: All Kitchenette rooms have bathtubs. All Standard Rooms have walk-in showers (no tubs).
- The group booking will be held until May 6, 2026. Any rooms not reserved by this date will be automatically released.
