Registration Form

There are several items that can be included in your registration. Before starting the registration process, please review the following pages to ensure you have all the necessary information to complete the form appropriately. Please note that all items listed below require registration to attend/participate.

Note: the Registration Confirmation email and the merchant/business name on the receipt will mention Allset Inc.

All participants of the 2026 Natural Channels Conference are expected to follow and uphold the rules described in the Code Of Conduct.

Policies

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received 30 days or more before the conference start date (prior to May 9, 2026): Full refund minus a $50 administrative fee.

Cancellations received 15–29 days before the conference (May 10 up to May 24, 2026): 50% refund of registration fees.

Cancellations received less than 15 days before the conference (May 25, 2026): No refund.

Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval using the original method of payment.

Request in Writing

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the conference coordinator (karen@allsetinc.com).

Government Travel Restrictions

Full refund will be issued if attendance is prevented due to official travel restrictions.

Event Changes or Cancellation by Organizer

If the conference is cancelled: Full refunds will be issued automatically if the conference is cancelled or postponed by the organizers.

Force Majeure

The organizers are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to pandemics, natural disasters, government regulations, or other emergencies. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to provide refunds, credits, or alternative participation options.
