How to Become a Sponsor or Exhibitor
Interested in supporting the 2026 Natural Channel Systems Conference? Follow these simple steps to secure your spot:
STEP ONE: Choose Your Sponsorship Package
- Review the full Sponsorship & Exhibitor Prospectus to explore available packages and pricing.
- Select the sponsorship option(s) that align with your goals — multiple packages can be combined for greater exposure.
STEP TWO: Review Terms & Conditions
- Review the full Terms & Conditions (located at the bottom of the Prospectus), which you will be required to acknowledge in the Signup Form, in Step Three.
STEP THREE: Submit Your Signup Form
- Complete the Sponsorship & Exhibit Booth Signup Form, including acceptance of Terms & Conditions.
- No payment or logo is required at this step.
- Submit form via email to karen@allsetinc.com
- After submission, the designated representative will receive an invoice from Allset Inc. for the selected sponsorship package(s).
STEP FOUR: Send Your Logo
- Submit your organization’s logo within 5 days of form submission. If you are ready, you can submit along with your Signup Form
- Preferred format: EPS (high-resolution vector)
- Email your logo to mario@allsetinc.com
STEP FIVE: Payment Options
- Pay online by credit card via Allset Inc.
- Prefer to pay by cheque? Contact karen@allsetinc.com to make arrangements.
